Everything You Need to Know About LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion, All in One Place.

Best Practice

Learn the latest best practice in LGBTQ+ inclusion with expert-led sessions.

Action Planning

Build practical action plans tailored to your context, empowering you and your team to drive change.

Networking

Network with like-minded professionals from a range of sectors.

For over a decade, Stonewall's Workplace Conference has been Europe’s leading event for LGBTQ+ inclusion.

Join us in London in May 2025 for a day of sessions, inspiring speakers and networking opportunities.

We’ll have a dedicated networking zone full of stalls from Stonewall and other LGBTQ+ organisations. It’ll be a space where you can make connections with hundreds of professionals from public, private and third-sector organisations.

I have come away with a tonne of actions and ideas - exactly what I wanted from the event!

The sessions were clearly defined and different from each other, which gave a broad opportunity for learning.

This CPD-accredited event supports your whole team to play their part in creating an inclusive workplace.

The conference brings together a range of speakers and organisations from the UK and around the world, meaning that, wherever you are on your LGBTQ+ inclusion journey, you’ll find valuable insights and connections.

Content is tailored to support those who play key roles in driving LGBTQ+ inclusion at work. Members of LGBTQ+ network or resource groups, HR and EDI professionals, and senior champions, will gain practical knowledge to apply in their context.

Tickets

We’re delighted to launch discounted early bird ticket rates for our first 60 ticket bookers.

Discounts are available for members of the Stonewall Diversity Champions Programme.

If you have any questions, please email empowerment@stonewall.org.uk. Read our cancellation policy for this event.

Please note that, while we welcome delegates from around the world, your employer is responsible for arranging any visas you might need for travel.

Accessibility

At Stonewall, we believe that all attendees should be able to fully participate in our events and feel comfortable doing so.

We are taking measures and efforts to ensure that we organise events that are accessible to all. We’ll soon share a full access statement for this event but, if you have any questions in the meantime, please email the team.

Well paced, informative sessions with plenty of opportunity to chat to fellow delegates.
