LGTBQ+ network groups play a powerful role in creating more inclusive workplaces. Their members provide the expertise and influence needed to create workplaces where LGBTQ+ people can thrive.
With the generous support of Standard and Poor Foundation, Stonewall is running this free-to-attend workshop to support you to embed high quality peer support in your LGBTQ+ network group.
This workshop, taking place online on 4 December 2024, is designed to give you the skills, tools and confidence to develop your network.

This workshop is specifically designed for members of LGBTQ+ network groups who are dedicated to making a difference in their workplaces. Here’s who will benefit most from attending:
- Network Group Leaders and Organisers: If you are in a leadership or coordinating role within your network group, this workshop will provide you with strategies and insights to enhance your advocacy efforts and drive impactful change.
- Network Group Members – join us to enhance peer support, share good practice, develop leadership skills, navigate challenges, and access valuable resources. Gain insights into effective strategies and take actionable steps towards building a more inclusive and supportive workplace for all LGBTQ+ employees.
