Supportive line management can be transformational for LGBTQ+ staff members.
This workshop is specifically designed to support people managers to better understand the experiences of LGBTQ+ staff and provide high-quality support. We’ll explore what good practice looks like and draw on case studies from other organisations.
With the generous support of Standard and Poor Foundation, Stonewall is running this free workshop to support you to embed LGBTQ+ inclusion in your line management.
This workshop, taking place online on Thursday 20 February is designed to give you the skills, tools and confidence to develop your management style.
