- Who is this programme for?
This programme is for anyone who wants to better understand trans inclusion in order to take practical action to create a more inclusive workplace.
This programme is designed for people who don’t identify as trans, if you’re a trans person looking to be an ally to other members of the community then our LGBTQ+ Allies Programme might be a better fit.
Everyone has a role to play in creating a trans inclusive workplace and this programme is likely to be useful to most members of your team. The content is best suited to those who are in a position to create change and to inspire others to do the same. We’d suggest that those working in HR, EDI, network groups, senior leaders and members of a champions or ambassadors programme for inclusion in the workplace would get a lot from this programme.
If you’re just starting out on trans inclusion work, this programme will give you a broad understanding of what a trans inclusive workplace looks like and can help you create a roadmap for this work.
