Line managers have an important role to play in building LGBTQ+ inclusive workplaces. This resource brings together Stonewall’s expertise on LGBTQ+ inclusive line management, testimonies from LGBTQ+ people and case study insights from organisations we work with. It is designed to support Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and Human Resources (HR) teams to support line managers to embed LGBTQ+ inclusion in their work.
