Open Workshops

Stonewall Open Workshops are a great way to get started on creating an inclusive workplace.
These two-hour sessions, taking place live on Zoom, cover the foundations of inclusion at work. You’ll join up to 50 people from a range of organisations for an interactive and engaging workshop, including an expert speaker who’ll share their experience and expertise.
If you’re looking for practical ways to build strong foundations for your organisation, or you’d like to build skills and knowledge among your team, book a space on an upcoming workshop.

- Discuss how you as a leader can take practical action to make your workplace more inclusive
Best suited for:
Those in middle management and above who want to take a more active role in creating a more inclusive workplace.
The content is particularly well suited those who have a formal role as a senior champion or network group sponsor, senior people in smaller organisations looking to start this work and more senior people in HR teams.
Speaker: Yeme Onoabhagbe

Yeme Onoabhagbe (she/they) is Associate Director of Student Transition & Outcomes at King’s College London, as well as a Trustee at MindOut, an LGBTQ mental health service based in Brighton.
Yeme is an experienced education sector professional who leads on work to address equality gaps and the barriers to success within higher education for underrepresented students. As a previous Stonewall alumni, Yeme continues to foster inclusive and supportive cultures in all areas of their personal and professional life.
Both presenters were fantastic. For me a sign of a learning event that is creating change in me is both feeling challenged and wanting to continue the conversation, and I came away wishing I could listen to more.
