London Workplace Conference 2025 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than six weeks before the event date will be charged at 50% of the invoice total. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the full invoice total. Cancellations must be made in writing to Ash Brook via ash.brook@stonewall.org.uk.

In the event of a named delegate being unable to attend we will accept substitution of another delegate free of charge up until one week before the event date.
